Important reminders

We want your install service to go smoothly and for you to be happy with the installation. While we do offer television mounting and other installation services. We do not offer electrical service, are unable to move electrical outlets and cannot alter any of the electrical wiring in your home. For electrical service, we recommend that you hire an electrician before the date of your install. We also cannot move heavy pieces of furniture and ask that you have the area where the install will be completed cleared before the date of the install.

An adult must be at home during your installation. We understand that life happens and sometimes people arrive late for an appointment. We offer a 10 minute grace period, the technician will wait at your home up to 10 minutes. The pre-install service fee cannot be refunded due to missed appointments. Our install technician will call you 24 hours before your appointment to confirm. We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours before the pre-install service visit and install service if you need to reschedule. Missed pre-install appointments without 24 hours notice will require the purchase of another pre-install service visit ($40 Atlanta metro) or $70 & up (outside the Atlanta metro) before we can reschedule the technician to return to your home.

Every home and install is different! The prices shown on our website are based on an estimated 2-3 hour schedule, however if we determine during the pre-install visit or during the install appointment that your install will take longer than the time allotted there will be an extra $50 charge for each additional hour. Our television mounting service prices are for installation on a standard wall. Mounting on a brick, marble or other type of wall will incur an additional custom labor charge, to be determined during the pre-install visit.

For furniture assembly services we charge by the hour and the time begins the moment that we arrive at your home, we cannot issue a refund due to delays caused by the customer. Our technicians can accept cash or you can pay through our website......all payments for pre-install visits must be paid for at least 24 hours before the visit to your home or business.
